Review Timeline
We aim to acknowledge correction requests within 1–2 business days and to complete our review shortly after. Complex cases that require verification against official sources may take a little longer, but we will keep the process moving.
Our Update Policy
Once an error is confirmed against reliable evidence, we correct it as soon as possible. For significant changes, we may note that a page has been updated so readers understand the information has been revised. This process works hand in hand with our Fact-Checking Policy.
