Our Copyright Policy
We do not intend to publish any content that infringes valid copyright. Where we share educational material, we aim to link to official or original sources. If you are a rights holder and believe your work has been used improperly, we will act promptly to review and, where appropriate, remove it.
How to Report Infringing Content
To file a copyright complaint, please send a written notice to info@ilmghar.com including the following:
- Your full name and contact information.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on IlmGhar where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice Process
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice should identify the removed material and its location, include your contact details and signature, and state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringement
IlmGhar maintains a policy of removing material that is found to infringe and, where relevant, restricting contributors who repeatedly submit infringing content. We take repeat violations seriously in order to protect the rights of creators.
